Baroque Speakers are amplified and tuned by ear, through internal convergent ducts and flues ported out F-Holes, providing a deep, sharp bass in specific tones, similar to musical instrument design. Hardwoods and veneers with alternating wood grain are bonded together in marine epoxy and custom designed composites, creating a solid structure, reducing unwanted resonating frequencies. After testing of various hardwoods, Zebrawood veneer was the ideal material for woven speaker cones. It can be crafted into a very thin yet durable form, offering flexibility and strength that enhance the speaker's timbre while complementing its wooden aesthetics.
